Label every item securely with your vendor number + price. Labels must stay on through sorting and shopping.

Unlabeled items can't be sold. If a label falls off and we can't identify the item, it becomes Little Duckling property unless you can reasonably confirm it's yours.

A 15% commission is deducted from your total sales to cover checkout, payment processing, and event costs.

Choose your vendor tier: Community DIY, Standard DIY, or Full Service Drop‑off. Community DIY vendors complete a 1‑hour volunteer shift during setup or teardown.

Bring only clean, safe, good‑quality items — no broken gear, missing pieces, or recalled products.

Pick up unsold items on time. Anything left behind becomes Little Duckling property and may be donated or responsibly disposed of.

Payouts arrive by e‑transfer within 3–5 days after the event.
